1. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal only for all orders.


2. Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.


3. What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship all orders using Royal Mail.


4. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery Time: 2–4 business days (after dispatch)

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.


5. What is your return policy?

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items.

  • We also accept exchanges.

  • Free return shipping is provided with a downloadable return label.

  • No restocking fees apply.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the returned item.


6. How do I return an item?

  • Contact us by email (preferred) at support@heritagekits.shop to request a return.
  • We will provide you with a free return label to download and print.
  • Mail the item back to us.

7. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

No. We do not have any final sale items. All items are eligible for return.
